Egg rolls in a bowl

This egg roll recipe in a bowl has all the flavors of traditional egg roll cooked in a skillet without the fried shell! Low carb way to enjoy your favorite Chinese food!

*ingredients

450 grams of ground sausage.

Coleslaw mix, I used 6 cups.

4 crushed garlic cloves.

1 teaspoon of minced ginger.

1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil.

Using a large skillet, cooking ingredients over medium heat. Cook the sausage, stirring often to prevent it from falling apart, until it’s completely cooked through. Please do not drain.

Combine the coleslaw mixture, garlic, ginger, and soy sauce in a skillet with the sausage and cook until the cabbage is hot.

cooking 3-4 min , or until cabbage has softened slightly, stirring occasionally.

We finished by decorate with green onions also drizzling sesame oil after removing it from the heat. of soy sauce.
