When you want an easy christmas treat, you can’t go past this simple recipe. Chewy and crunchy at the same time, these festive treats are always a hit!
200g/7oz Mars Bar, chopped
3 Cups Plain Rice Krispies
2 Tbls Cocoa powder, sifted
2 Tbls Single cream
100g/3.5oz White chocolate, melted
Spray a muffin tray with non-stick cooking spray.
In a small bowl melt the mars bar, sifted cocoa and cream together in the microwave and add it to the rice krispies. Drop spoonfuls into the muffin tray and press down gently.
Leave to set in the fridge for 2 hours. When ready turn them over and spoon the white chocolate on top. Decorate with a smartie in the middle.
